MEMORANDUM

The Chinese Government purchased a Condor Passenger Aeroplane which has already arrived at Hongkong. It is the desire of the Chinese Government to assemble the machine at Kaitak Aerodrome, Hongkong, in preparation to fly it to China. We shall be grateful if the authorities in Hongkong can be authorized to grant permission to do so.
